36 Faces

If you attend UGA and spend a considerable amount of time near the journalism school, then you may be familiar with one of the first projects of the semester for Intro to Photojournalism students: 36 Faces. Since 2005, taken-aback inhabitants of Tate Plaza, the stone garden outside of the MLC, and the UGA transit system graciously allow budding photojournalists to snap their portraits.

This semester, it was my turn to get behind the camera, interrupt strangers from their day, and ask for their picture…and it was a blast.
